These HP 21 black and 23 color inkjet cartridges are very light, easy to install and they allow the printer to print out good quality, durable black and all colors of ink on the page. They store for about a year after you buy them so if you want to stock up for your office or personal printing needs that's great! (They even come with an expiration date!) HP also packs these well so that it is difficult for the cartridge to become damaged during transit. These ink cartridges are also compact so storing them is easy.

One thing that I don't like is that the ink goes too quickly. If you print a lot, you might even need to replace this cartridge every ten days or so. My needs are about 15 pages per week and I have to change cartridges roughly every six weeks. That's not good; although to be fair to these HP ink cartridges I am printing graphics.

Another caveat: in a store you'll probably save some money buying this two inkjet cartridge pack. On some websites (ahem) the savings is lost as another reviewer correctly notes.

Overall, the quality of the ink is rather good despite my one complaint that the ink goes faster than I would like it to go. Nevertheless, the cartridges provide you with the ability to print a multitude of colors on your paper and replacement is easy.

Three stars for this product. These ink cartridges lose a point for not lasting longer; and this pack of two inkjet cartridges loses another star for being a little overpriced by some vendors.

As a family member affected by alcoholism, I have kept a copy of the Big Book around for the last 12 years. From time to time I pass my copy on to an alcoholic who wants to read it. If it doesn't come back, it has found a home and I get another one.

It took a couple of "hopeless" drunks to create a program so simple in spiritual directions, yet so rich in practice, to remind us all that, to be healthy, we need to attend to our spiritual selves to lead meaningful lives. That self centered willfulness leads only to destruction of self and others. And, for alcoholics, it can lead to physical death.

1930's style, timeless direction.

Alcoholics Anonymous : Big Book Review by Douglas W. McQuaid "Sober Doug M." (Seattle, WA USA)

I just received this fraudulent "First Edition" of the Big Book of Alcoholics Anonymous. The first thing I did was turn to the 12 Steps on page 37 of this book. I was horrified to find the 12th Step uses the language of the later editions "a spiritual awakening" rather than the phrase a "spiritual experience" that is the actual wording in the "First Edition." So, this is obviously not a true reproduciton of the First Edition. It is a bogus fraud in claiming to be the real "First Edition." Also the pages do not correspond to the "First Edition" or any later edition. So, if you wish to quote the pages from Alcoholics Anonymous at a meeting or to a newcomer you will considered out of your mind. It is very poorly laid out and subtitled and there are even subtitiles that don't even occur in any of the official Conference approved editions. It appears that somebody named Benei Noaj has stolen the copyrighted Big Book and is attempting to make money by selling a fraudulent copy he claims is the First Edition, but really isn't. He should be sued by Alcoholics Anonymous World Services, Inc. which owns the copyright to this book. It is very strangely laid out and put together in what seems like a hurried fashion for money making purposes and falsely claims to be the "First Edition" of the Big Book. It is not. There are other exact reproductions of the First Edition which precisely duplicate the original which are worth purchasing if you really want a reproduction of the First Edition. This is a worthless phoney edition that is not worth the paper it is printed on. Don't Buy It! I would hope that Amazon.Com removes this book from their inventory. It is not what it claims and may be an outright violation of copyright law.

Alcoholics Anonymous : Big Book Review by Bill Your 'Free Form FM Handi Cyber Print DJ ... (Mahwah, NJ USA)

I was in AA for the reason most people attend. I drank way to much for about four years, and needed help stopping.

When I first started AA, I read the big book, a lot. It was of great comfort to me-- the personal accounts more so than the twelve steps or the princibles.

If you are in AA and it is working for you, stay there. My feeling is who cares WHY? or How? a person stops drinking, as long as they do. I would never judge anyone for going to AA, if it works for him or her.

I, however, had problems with AA and some of the ideas in this book. I am NOT knocking AA--but will say why it didn't work for me.

I was never abused, molsted, and I had good parrents, a lot of friends, and a nice creative life. Nothing REALLY bad every happened to me.

I also, however, I also have mild Cerebral Palsy, controls issues, and can be described as a nervous, obsessive little guy.

So for me, alcohol worked on two levels: it slowed my horserace mind, and, frankly, I liked the taste. Obsessive little magpye that I am, booze got into my obsessive process--I buy too many CDs, smoke a lot, and drink to much coffee.

The problem is that alcohol is far more dangerous to throw into that process. The impact on a self-indugent person is more immediate and far more searing than with more harmless indulgances.

The trouble I had with AA is that the assumption is that there is some horrible beast within, and if this beast is not tamed by AA, you are going to drink. This may be true for some--and please, I don't think I am better than anybody else, but my relationship with alcohol was driven by obsessiveness, not a compulsion to numb pain.

If a abuse victim or a person who has not developed coping skills uses alcohol to numb themselves, to relate to the world, then yes, I think AA is a great option. It is not a question of them being weak: AA can give you tools to deal with truma that you used to try to deal with by drinking

But for me, the thing to do was to dry out and get on with my life. I found the committment of having to call a sponser, go to meetings, and live an AA life was not what I went to AA for. What I wanted back was my music, my writting, my relationships--where I got lucky on that no one ever quit on me even in the darkest hour, and that was pretty black.

In short, I told my sponser at the end I wanted MY life back. I did not want to trade my booze for an AA life, I wanted to reclaim everything that alcohol stole from me and move forward, not be part of a daily collective and a "new" life.


SO: two years and counting without a drop and not using AA. Everyday,I take a minute. I think of my friends, I think of my late night review writing, and being safe in my own body, mind, and car.

I want this. It is called life, and I know I can either have all this, and a whole lot more, OR I can have my beer back. It is no contest. I'll take what I have now, good and ill

This is me, this is no one else. I can't say what the answer is for you, and if you have found it to be an AA life, bless you, bless you, bless you: if you are not drinking, the heavens have smiled on you and I am certianly glad they have and I really, really hope you get everything that makes you happy and a whole lot more--you deserve it.

But that is you. Not me. Please, no comments about how I am doomed to drink

AA is an answer--not THE answer.

I ordered this item, and when I started my checkout, I was presented with the option to use accured bonus points to pay for the item. All throughout the check out process everything indicated that indeed there was no charge, and the total of my bonus points had been reduced by the total amount of the price of this product. A short time later I received an email from Amazon stating that my order had been completed and that my credit card had been charged for the amount of the purchase, and the funds had been transfered to the vendor that the product was being sold by.
Does everyone realize that there is no way to get in touch with Amazon in order to clear something like this up! By the way, My accured total of bonus points still reflect the deletion of the amount covering the cost of this purchase. Shame on you Amazon, why on earth would you resort to something so dishonest?

I purchased this drive for my older computer that runs Windows XP because it was advertised as being compatible with XP. I never was able to get it to work. The installation disc did not work. I downloaded the drivers from the internet and that also didn't work. I'm convinced that this item is just a piece of garbage. I'm returning it to the seller and hopefully will receive a refund but have to pay for my own return shipping. Waste of time and money!

Finding a replacement drive for a Mac Pro 1,1 tower cpu can be quite frustrating as there are NEVER any reviews from those who have tried it.
This review is for that sole purpose. The drive installs easily in the Mac Pro and is recognized by OSX (10.6.8). Works with iTunes, burned several CD's after installing.
The only issue I have with this drive is that on about 1 out 3 CD rips the CD would be unejectable for some reason resulting in having to force quit iTunes to retrieve the CD (nothing wrong with the CD, rips were just fine). Other than that the drive works fine. One note on the Mac Pro install is that you will have to remove the CD tray face plate to use it, not a big deal, easy to do. I also set the jumper on the DVD drive to Cable Select (c-sel) as I kept the original DVD drive in the Mac Pro for a 2 drive set up (both drives are jumper to c-sel). Also one note on using a two drive set is that to eject the second drive you need to use "option + eject".

Follow-up 11-13-2011: I have just finished off a 100 pack of 16x DVD+R discs with only 3 failures with all discs written at max speed.

This is a great 3rd party battery. I have 2 of these for my canon S100 and for the price, i will keep buying more. The s100, uses batteries a lot quicker than the other point and shoot because of its CMOS sensor, while others use ccd sensors.

Along with that and gps, plus hd video, batteries do not last a day and i have 3 batteries that are constantly on rotations.

You will not be dissappointed. Like the other reviewers, i have had the same battery life with this as the oem and since i am using them all at different times, my oem battery lasts longer as well.

If you never want to worry about batteries, here is a good tip.

1. buy 2 of these suckers
2. Number them so you know which is which
3. and everytime you use a battery, take it out and switch it for the next in line.... i will make sure that the battery is about 25% before i use the next and occasionally let it drain.

when you first get the battery, charge it completely and then use it in your camera until it completely drains.... and then fully charge again with 20 minutes extra.

its not really required, but i feel like it helps to get it a little used. Love it!

Have had this battery for my Canon for a few years, since I bought my camera in fact, and it has worked like a charm. It lasts at least as long as my OEM. Both OEM and this one have been used about equally, swap out one for the other as they die. In fact, now my OEM doesn't hold a charge very long when not in use, whereas this battery lasts long even when not being used, so I always know the back up is there.

First of all, I am an OPI girl. I have an entire shelf in my bathroom for this brand of nail polish... it's kind of a problem (in the best way!) Absolutely Alice is one is one of my favorites. What an amazing color! I get tons of compliments whenever I wear it, it really is eye-catching. One of the reasons I love OPI so much is that generally, the colors last on my nails for a long time. However, this one tends to chip. Fast. Even with a solid basecoat and topcoat. This is the first color I've tried of OPI that chips so fast. Plus, because of all the glitter, it is a huge pain to remove (but what glitter nail polish isn't?)

Absolutely Alice by OPI is another winner from the Alice in Wonderland collection. It is pure glitter and absolutely stunning in the sunlight! Use a base coat, dab it on thickly for one coat full coverage and follow up with one or two layers of top coat. I've had no problems with chipping but have only used it on toenails. You'll have to work extra hard to get it off even with 100% pure acetone polish remover but it's worth the effort! Looks great on the beach!!

I love this nail polish! It lasts a fair amount of time without chipping (at least a week without top coat) and needs at least two coats to get the true color. A little difficult to remove but worth it.

When I first got this case in my hands I love it! It was a nice shinny case with a very attractive look but that was it.
Cons:
1. There is no hole made for the speaker. You can cut a little piece of rubber to create the necessary space for it. If you paid for it you shouldn't fix a design problem.
2. The HTC EVO 3D gets warm after a couple minutes of use. Tis cause the soft rubber to stretch out where the charging port and the camera buttons are located.
3. It is to press the power button.
4. If you need to pull your phone out of the case it will hold your battery cover inside the case and maybe your next try will break it or damage the red ring.
5. It is a scratches magnet. In two weeks you will see your phone not as pretty as it was at the beginning.
6. No warranty offer by Case-mate if you buy it from a non-official reseller like eBay. Even if they made the product they won't fix it.
Pros:
1. It is a nice looking case.
2. It is sleek.
3. Has a nice cheap plastic stand.

I've searched high and low and got disappointed many times. NOW, Despite the need to make a few minor adjustments, I will still say this is The Best EVO3D Case You'll Find! Now, that's saying a lot. Be prepared to cut out notch for the speaker opening (I use a small heated knife to carve it out). The case fit's like a glove and the plastic stand is very sturday. The case is very sturdy will definately protect your phone. Looks stylish and feels good in your hands. I'm Happy.

I was a bit hesitant about buying this case, but I went with my gut and it turned out for the best. the case has a thick protective later of silicone/rubber on the inside which gives you a lot of peace of mind. it does add some bulk, but its covered with a smooth plastic that slides in and out of pockets rather easily. the kickstand is great. at times I wish it was sturdier, but it's outstanding nonetheless. the only part that bothers me (not a big enough issue to take off a star) is that when you remove the case, it'll actually take off the back cover of the phone so be aware about that. overall, this is one of the best cases I've had. its comparable to the otterbox commuter series, the speck candyshell(iPhone), incipios cases, ect. its really up there. buy this case.

What I like about the iGrip mount is that it's portable from car to car. On the other hand as one of the other reviews said if you have a case for your phone this doesn't work. In fact for a fraction of the price I found this clever mount called DashDaddy on Amazon for 99c which I love and use everyday.

Really great product. A simple mount, no frills or hassles. Does the job perfectly. Has a ball joint that swivels to both portrait and landscape, as well as turn the device left and right. You can fit it on the dash of your car, as well as on the windshield. A very versatile product, even if you mount it on the dash you can mount it on your windshield in a couple of seconds and vice-versa. I recommend this to anyone looking for a car mount for their iPhone 4.

NOTE : This mount works ONLY with the iPhone 4. Doesn't work with a bumper or case on the phone.

I'm not sure if I received a dud or not, but the stickiness from the suction cup does not stay at all when I tighten the grip to hold it still on my iPhone 4S. It also came in Verizon packaging and has a huge Verizon logo on it (was not expecting that). Overall, I wasn't satisfied for the price or for the way it worked, but it' okay...

I give this only three stars because, well, you just never know if it's going to work until you need it. I haven't had the need for it yet, as luckily nothing has caught fire in my immediate vicinity.


It's nice to know it's there just in case, but then again what if it doesnot work. Tough call. If you really want peace of mind maybe you should get one of the more established brands and not the cheap version.



Who really knows now. It is not returnable so oh well....

I bought this extinguisher because it was rated for use on electrical fires. We have an expensive soundboard at my church and this extinguisher is now mounted to the wall directly beside it. It's hard to review something like this since actually needing to use it is only triggered by an emergency. The extinguisher is constructed well and was easy to mount to the wall. I really hope that it stays there for a long, long time.

I ordered this fire extinguisher, which arrived quickly. But when I opened the package, the box was extremely dusty, and the actual fire extinguisher was extremely dusty too. The meter read empty. Clearly this had been sitting on a shelf somewhere for years and went bad. I wasn't able to return it but was able to get a full refund.
