When I first got this case in my hands I love it! It was a nice shinny case with a very attractive look but that was it.
Cons:
1. There is no hole made for the speaker. You can cut a little piece of rubber to create the necessary space for it. If you paid for it you shouldn't fix a design problem.
2. The HTC EVO 3D gets warm after a couple minutes of use. Tis cause the soft rubber to stretch out where the charging port and the camera buttons are located.
3. It is to press the power button.
4. If you need to pull your phone out of the case it will hold your battery cover inside the case and maybe your next try will break it or damage the red ring.
5. It is a scratches magnet. In two weeks you will see your phone not as pretty as it was at the beginning.
6. No warranty offer by Case-mate if you buy it from a non-official reseller like eBay. Even if they made the product they won't fix it.
Pros:
1. It is a nice looking case.
2. It is sleek.
3. Has a nice cheap plastic stand.

I've searched high and low and got disappointed many times. NOW, Despite the need to make a few minor adjustments, I will still say this is The Best EVO3D Case You'll Find! Now, that's saying a lot. Be prepared to cut out notch for the speaker opening (I use a small heated knife to carve it out). The case fit's like a glove and the plastic stand is very sturday. The case is very sturdy will definately protect your phone. Looks stylish and feels good in your hands. I'm Happy.

I was a bit hesitant about buying this case, but I went with my gut and it turned out for the best. the case has a thick protective later of silicone/rubber on the inside which gives you a lot of peace of mind. it does add some bulk, but its covered with a smooth plastic that slides in and out of pockets rather easily. the kickstand is great. at times I wish it was sturdier, but it's outstanding nonetheless. the only part that bothers me (not a big enough issue to take off a star) is that when you remove the case, it'll actually take off the back cover of the phone so be aware about that. overall, this is one of the best cases I've had. its comparable to the otterbox commuter series, the speck candyshell(iPhone), incipios cases, ect. its really up there. buy this case.
